What will we do during an in-town gentle movement retreat?
These two half-day retreats are in-person gatherings for a small group of participants in the Seattle area. I will guide you through a delicious movement practice, including a Feldenkrais® Awareness Through Movement® lesson and some gentle yoga. Then we’ll integrate our movement discoveries through meditation and personal reflection. Gathering to practice together in one room, we will create an environment that nourishes and inspires us all.
The Equinox Retreat, Sunday, March 19
Our theme for the March gathering will be TRANSITIONING . . . smoothly, elegantly and with awareness.
The Spring Retreat, Sunday, May 21
During the May retreat we will take our inspiration from the flowers and BLOOM, rising from the ground to turn our faces toward the sun.
