The change in me from the beginning of a lesson to the end I can only describe as remarkable. My body moves more freely, I feel more whole and generally stronger. The meditative side of the practice has helped that awareness of how I can move freely, and increased my ability to sleep, as I feel more relaxed—so relaxed in fact that I can drive myself to Sheri’s class in a strange car on the wrong side of the road and parallel park back to front!
