Some people say, “Go out and get some fresh air.” I go to Feldenkrais. It’s my recess.
—Karen, recovering from workplace injury
The best way to explore any movement practice is live and in person with a trained instructor. That way you get the benefit of experienced eyes observing you as you experiment with new ways of moving. An observant instructor can help keep you safe and push you in productive directions. Once you have some experience in private sessions or in classes and workshops, you may benefit from practicing at home. Here are some audio recordings to help support your home practice.
